Neil was born in Ohio. He moved his family to southern Calif in 1969. He died of natural causes 6 years after his wife Fran died #95894167 who he married July 7, 1954. he was 80. Neil left behind, 6 children, 3 boys & 3 girls, 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Neil's only sister Darlene Carpenter Long #95866258 passed in 1994.
