Missouri Death Certificate#19646:

Mary Harris, age 67, of 5 East 10th Street, Fulton, Missouri died at 11:20am on June 9, 1952 at Callaway Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for fifteen hours.

Dr. E.W. Gish, of Fulton, prononced death caused by Nephritis with Uremia, duration of thirty-six hours, due to Bronchial Pneumonia, duration of three days, ancontributed to by Parkinsons-Paralysis Agitis, duration of ten years. The informant was Crawford Harris of Fulton.

Mrs. Harris was born September 30, 1884, in Clarksville, Tennessee, the daughter of Dr. John F. and Mary (Lumpton) Cannon. She was united in marriage to Tyree Crawford Harris Sr. and he preceeded her in death on August 4, 1946. Mary was a housewife.

Arrangements were under the care of Wallace Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetary.
