Died: 10-01-2004 Edith M. Kinser Lee (Oct. 1, 2004) Edith M. Kinser Lee, formerly of Madisonville, passed away at 11:40 a.m., Friday, Oct. 1, at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home. She was the oldest member of Chestua Baptist Church. She was 96. Preceded in death by: husband, Amos H. Lee; daughter, Mildred Barr; sons and daughter-in-law, Quentin Lee, Edgar and Barbara Lee; son-in-law, Yale Webb; granddaughter, Sheila Wilkes; sisters, Lucille Reynolds and Mamie Conner; and parents, Emmanuel and Beulah Kinser. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law-Mary Sue and Lee McDonald of Madisonville; and Monreda Webb of Etowah; Son and daughters-in-law-Ray and Betty Lee of Madisonville; and Wilma Lee of Morristown; Son-in-law-Buzz Barr of Madisonville; Fourteen grandchildren; Two step-grandchildren; Twenty-one great-grandchildren; Two step-great-grandchildren; Six great-great-grandchildren; One step-great-great-grandchild; Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were 7 p.m., Sunday, at Chestua Baptist Church, with the Rev. B.J. Wall and Rev. John Smith officiating. Interment was 11 a.m., Monday, in the church cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Chestua Baptist Church. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
