Hastings resident Helen H. (Harris) Kivett, 86, of 901 N. Williams Ave. died Sunday, March 7,1999, at Good Samaritan Village Villa Grace.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Brand-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Stromer officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery. Visitation is
noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kivett was born Dec. 2, 1912, to Fred and Clara (Lamm) Harris in Belvidere. On Aug. 1, 1937, she married Donald A. Kivett in Hastings. He died July 22,1986.
Survivors are one daughter, Pat Meyer of Hastings; two sons, Leonard of Olathe, Kan., and Gale
of Columbus; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by one
brother.
Memorials may be given to the Radio Ministry of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Grand United Methodist Church.
