She has been living in Goree since 1906. Mrs. Moore professed faith in Christ in the early 1890s and joined the Baptist Church. Her father was a charter member of the Groree Baptist Church. Services were held in the Baptist Church officiated by Rev. S.E. Stevenson, the pastor, and assisted by Rev. F.T. Johnston and Rev. J. Waid Griffin. Survivors include her husband; three children; one granddaughter; one brother; three sisters.
