Funeral services were conducted yesterday morning at Lancaster cemetery by Rev. J. R. Smith of the Christian church. The services and interment were attended by a large throng of friends and relatives of the deceased.
He is survived by a widow and five boys and two girls, all of whom are practically grown. He came to this county about seven years ago from Arkansas, and was highly esteemed by all in his community.
