"Mr. Walter C. 'Nobb' Quillen, 87
Services for Mr. Walter C. 'Nobb' Quillen, 87, of Milan, formerly of Centerville, who died Tuesday, July 2 at his home, were held Friday, July 5 at McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville at 2 p.m., conducted by Bert Mathis and Bill McDonald.
Burial was in the Milan Cemetery.
Mr. Quillen was a native of Hickman County and served for many years as the caretaker at the Hickman County Courthouse in Centerville.
He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Peggy Martin, Jackson, Mary Sue Quillen, Columbia, Mrs. Imogene Quillen and Mrs. Shirley Edwards, both of Milan; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren." (end transcription - hmh)
