Mrs. Cornelia S. Leake Dead

Mrs. Cornelia s. Leake, aged 54, wife of the late Thomas Leake, died suddenly Tuesday morning at 2 o'clock of paralysis at her home in Westernport. She suffered a paralytic stroke in February but apparently recovered from it. She is survived by seven children: Mrs. William Spotts, Mrs. Bennett Hodges, Mrs. Gay Samuels and Miss Mildred , Keyser, W. Va.; Samuel, Elkins, W. Va.; and Kenneth, Westernport; also one brother, John Crawford, Hershey, Pa., and three sisters, Mrs. Robert Reese, Rollo, Va.; Mrs. Jennie Keinter, Hershey, Pa., and Mrs. Betty Crawford, Roscoe, South Dakota.

The funeral services will be held from St. John's M. E. Church, South, Piedmont, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. G. D. White, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Philos Cemetery.
