Alvina Axt was born on July 17, 1921 in Scottsbluff, Neb., died on Aug. 17, 2012. Albert, her husband, preceded her in death in 1991. She is survived by her son, Robert, and wife, Sue Axt of Wilsonville; grandchildren, Diana McCarty of Florida, Tina Fleming of Salem and Steve Axt of Wilsonville; she has six great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Krause of Oakland, Calif., and Floyd Krause of Peoria, Ariz. She had a great love of life and will be missed by all who loved her.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Cremation & Burial Care of Oregon, 225 NE 80th Ave., Portland, OR 97213. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at Willamette National Cemetery. Cremation & Burial Care of Oregon is in care of arrangements.
