LIBERTY — Opal M. Clements, 71, of Dunnville, died Saturday. Born Aug. 13, 1939, in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Claxton and Lena Allen Pennington. She was the widow of Charles G. "Johnny" Clements.
Survivors include a son, Charles Keith Clements of Dunnville; two brothers, W. C. Pennington of Liberty and Vernon Pennington of New Albany; four sisters, Eugena Clements of LaSalle, Ill., Iva Dean Helm and Brenda Goode, both of Liberty, and Kathryn Wethington of Columbia.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark; and infants, Vicky and Jeffrey Clements.
Service will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday.
