Lucius Vard Parker, 94, of South Gate, Calif. and formerly of Hindsville and Springdale, Ark., died November 8, 1975 in a South Gate hospital. He was born August 1, 1881 at Goshen, Ark., the son of A.J. and Mary Elizabeth Kelly Parker.
