DEVILLE -- Services for Kelly C. Wiley , Sr. will be at 2 p.m. today in Big Island Baptist Church with the Revs. Donald Lemmons and Sammy Smith officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Hixson Bros., Pineville.Wiley , 83, of Deville died Monday, Aug. 16, 1999, in Rapides Regional Medical Center. He was a retired welding supervisor for the Louisiana Department of Highways, the owner and operator of Kelly's Welding Services, Deville, and was a member of Big Island Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Telean Wiley of Deville one son, Kelly C. Wiley Jr. of Minnesota one daughter, Billie Wages of Deville four sisters, Virgina Horton of Ball, Lillian Clifford of Ferriday, Daisy Staggs of Monroe and Delphia Carroll of Slaughter four brothers, Gene Wiley of Pineville, Donnie Wiley of Natchez, Miss., Gus Wiley of Cotile and Joey Wiley of Monroe 5 granddaughters, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild.
