WENONA (PNS) -
Thomas J. Brennan, 90, died at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital, Streator. He had been ill.
His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Church, the Rev. Vincent Jasiek officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Thierry Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 2:45 p.m.
He was born Dec. 23, 1888, in Osage Township, a son of John S. and Nellie Kennedy Brennan. He married Annette Thurston Sept. 15, 1921, in Chicago. She died Oct. 27, 1966.
Surviving are four daughters;
Frances Divora, Wenona;
Mary Gualandi, Peru;
Virginia Ponsetto, Sebastopol, Calif.;
and Loretta Katchmar, Streator;
two sons,
Timothy,
and Robert, both of Streator;
three sisters,
Mabel Lutz,
and Margaret Nolan, both of Wenona;
and Sister Andrea, Aurora;
23 grandchildren;
and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of St. Mary's Church and was a farmer until his retirement in 1963.

A mass of christian burial will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Wenona. Rev. Vincent Jasiek will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Thierry Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited at 2:45 p.m.

Mrs. Pete (Virginia) Ponsetto, Sebastopol, Calif.;

and Robert, both of Streator;
three sisters,
Mrs. John (Mabel) Lutz,
and Mrs. Margaret Nolan, both of Wenona;
and Sister Andrea, Aurora;
23 grandchildren;
and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by
one daughter in infancy,
one brother,
and four sisters.
Brennan was a member of St. Mary Church and lived in Osage Township all his life, until his retirement in 1963, when he moved to Wenona.

WENONA -
Funeral services for Thomas J. Brennan, who died early Wednesday morning were held Friday. Visitation was at the Thierry Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon and evening.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by Rev. Vincent Jasiek at St. Mary's Church with Rev. William Carey of the Catholic Church in Granville on the altar and giving the Readings at 10:30 a.m. Blanche Lindgren was the organist and accompanied Susan Myszkowski, the soloist.
Rev. Jasiek also had the graveside rites at St. Mary's Cemetery where burial took place. Grandsons served as pallbearers, they were
