Janice E. Marsh, 59, of Rio, died at 4:05 p.m. Monday (10/23/00) in St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.
She was born February 24, 1941 in Monmouth, the daughter of Richard C. and Connie C. Chandler Greer.
She married Will G. Marsh August 9, 1990 in Lyons, Colorado.
Surviving are her husband; 2 Daughters: Elaine Predmore-Behr of Reynolds, and Cindy Predmore-Circello of Rock Island; Her mother of Rock Island; 1 Sister: Virginia McKee of Rock Island; and 11 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 Sons: Richard and Charlie Predmore.
She graduated from Rock Island High School in 1959, and from the Sterling School of Cosmetology in 1960.
She worked as a beautician for the East Moline State Mental Health Hospital for 10 years. She owned and operated Jan's Hair Heaven in Rio since 1980.
She was a former member of the Board of Niabi Zoo in Rock Island.
Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. the following Friday at the Hinchiff Pearson and West Chapel, with the Rev. Marty Briney officiating.
Burial in Rio Baptist Cemetery.
