Clarence L. (Pat) Anderson, 68, 2505 Polk Ave., died last night in the Dee Hospital of a heart ailment.
Mr. Anderson had been owner and manager of Pat's Meat Market for 30 years. He was born Jan. 31, 1889, in Ogden, a son of Augustus and Alice Harrop Anderson.
He was a member of the LDS Mount Ogden Ward and a high priest in the East Ogden Stake. He was known for his horsemanship and was marshal of the day for Ogden Pioneer Days Celebration for three years.
On Aug. 23, 1911, he married Ella Stone In the LDS Salt Lake Temple.
Surviving are his widow, two daughters, Mrs. John (Delores) Perry, Ogden; Mrs. Don (Marjorie) Olsen, Plain City; two grandchildren, one brother, Joseph Anderson, Ogden.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in Lindquist and
Sons Colonial Funeral Chapel by Bishop John G. Price. Friends may
call at the mortuary Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday prior to services. Burial In Ogden City Cementery.
