Mabel was born on March 17, 1923 to the late Roy and Florence Manchester Bennett in Gloversville.
She enjoyed fishing, gardening, puzzles, cards, crafts, quilting, taking pictures and crocheting for her grandchildren.
She was a great seamstress and made lots of our clothing, including prom dresses. She taught us how to sew on her Singer sewing machine. She made many beautiful quilts over the years.
She got her computer at age 75, she like to use the computer to read the newspapers, check her email, scan old photos, update family tree and check out the NASCAR site.
She took lots of wonderful pictures to share with family and friends. She was a great cook and was well known for her popcorn balls and home-baked beans.
She was a woman of many talents and she was thoughtful and kind to everyone.
