WOODBRIDGE - Joseph Mayer, 61, died Monday at his home 90 Albert Street after a long illness.
He is survived by his widow, Elizabeth; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Kocun; two grandchildren, Lillian and Ambrose Kocun, all of Woodbridge and a sister, Mrs. Michael Goetz and a brother, Rev. John Mayer both in Hungary.
He was a member of Modern Woodmen and the Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
Funeral services were held yesterday morning from the E.A. Finn Funeral Home and at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Burial was in St. James Cemetery.
