Mrs. Anne Lee Beck, 80, of 909 Caldwell St., died Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. at Wesley Long Hospital where she had been a patient for five weeks. Mrs. Beck had been in declining health for two years.

She was a native of Randolph County and a resident of Greensboro for 24 years. She was a member of Independant Presbyterian Church, of Gleaners Bible Class of the church, of Golden Years Club and of the 60 Years Plus Club.

Mrs. Beck was the former Annie Lee Lawrence and the widow of J. B. Beck.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Raymond Quick of Burlington, Mrs. C. R. Tate and Mrs. W. J. Kater, both of Greensboro, and Mrs. J. A. Liebeck of Patterson, N.J.; two sons, W. L. Beck of Gadsden, Alabama, and John L. Beck of Greensboro; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family is to stay at the home of Mrs. Tate of 306 Longview St., until the funeral.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is to remain at Hanes-Linebery Funeral Home until the hour of service.
