Leisylle was involved in the Home School Program and activities including band, chorus and basketball. She was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was active in the youth activities and a strong leader for other youth. She had been a volunteer at Integris Baptist hospital, a member of Scout Troop 788, a counselor at Scout Camps, Red Cross Volunteer and other activities.
Her parents and one sister, Aimy Ginell, one brother Daneel and close friend Kayla Hayes died with her in a tragic fire in their home in Oklahoma City. Survivors include her grandfather and step grandmother, Orville and Mary Somers, Enid; two step aunts, one step uncle and six cousins.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that a memorial be made to the OMR Cancer Fund or to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Ladusau Evans Funeral Home, Box 3501, Enid, OK 73702 serving as custodians of the fund.
