RICHLAND CENTER/BOAZ — Donald James Walker, age 75, of Boaz passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 28, 1995. Donald was born on January 21, 1920 in Iowa County, the son of Peter and Lena Walker. He married Hazel Pugh on May 21, 1960, and she preceded him in death on January 6, 1980. Donald was a veteran of WWII.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary (John) Lietz; two granddaughters, Amanda and Stacey, all of Richland Center; two sisters, Marian Gerber of Richland Center, and Pearl (Derold) Rice of Linden; a half brother, John (Wilma) Brennum of Dodgeville; several nieces and nephews; also two special friends, his pet dog Franzie, ana his cat Sneaky Pete. He was preceded in death by his parents; four half brothers, Luman, Morris, Milo, and Burton Brennum, and a half sister Hannah Anderson.

Burial will be in the Boaz Cemetery with military graveside services conducted by the American Legion and VFW Post #2267.
