Surviving were his wife; daughters, Connie Butler and husband Louis; Cindy Gregg and husband Darrell; son, Kevin Brent France; grandchildren, Tina Butler Karbach and husband Brian; Kyle Butler and wife Belinda; Rachel Gregg Banfield and husband Travis; Ryan France; great-grandchildren, Kelsey Karbach and Kaylee Karbach. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Tonya Renea Butler; and half-brothers, Artho, Tom, Ermal and Lowell France and Gerald Miller. He was retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co. after 31 years of employment and was a member of Local 751 UAW and 751 Retiree Club. He was an Army veteran, serving during the Korean War and a lifetime member of the DAV. He attended First Church of the Nazarene.
