John Calvin Flora, well known farmer of Kemp's Mill section, died late Tuesday night of Bright's disease, aged 78 years.
He was born in the Chewsville district, the son of the late Berlin H. and Barbara E. Flora, but has resided in the Williamsport vicinity for the last 57 years.
He is survived by a wife, Susie Wright Flora; and three brothers, Cyrus, Melvin and Abner, all of Kemp's Mill.
Funeral Friday afternoon at 2o'clock, services at the home, Rev. W. C. Huddle officiating. Interment at Rose Hill.
