MRS. SIDNEY JUDSON

Mrs. Allora Phelon Judson, aged 79, of Bellaire, Tex., died Tuesday, March 22, in Houston Hospital, Houston, Tex.
Mrs. Judson. a native of Cherry Valley, was the daughter of Edward J. and Harrietta (Eacker) Phelon and was directly descended from the Joseph Phelon family, who were early settlers at Willow Hill in Cherry Valley. She was married to Sidney A. Judson, well known Houston, Tex. geologist and had resided in Houston for 42 years. A number of years ago she taught Latin for a time in the Cherry Valley High School.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Ray Livingston and Mrs. John Goss of Houston: three sons, Edward H., Midland, Tex.. Robert S.. Wharton, Tex. and Roger B., Houston: 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, from the Sattegast-Kopf Chapel in Houston. Burial was in Forest Park West Heimer Cemetery in Houston.
