Funeral arrangements are complete at the Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels for John A. Lindsay of New Braunfels, who passed away from complications of an auto accident in Texarkana, Texas, on Sunday, May 9, 2010 at the age of 70 years.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Lindsay of New Braunfels; son, Tom Lindsay of Bedford, KY.; twin daughters, Michelle Teinert and husband Tim of Katy, Texas, and Melissa Ashcraft and husband Don of Cibolo, Texas; six grandchildren, Zachary and Justin Ashcraft, Elizabeth, Morgan and David Teinert and Houston Lindsay; sister, Maxine Lindsay of Worthville, KY., brothers, Bill Lindsay and wife Sherry of Worthville, KY, and Bob Lindsay and wife Gloria of Campbellsburg, KY.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Zoeller Funeral Home with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. to greet friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Oakwood Baptist Church in New Braunfels. Interment will follow in the Hill Country Memorial Gardens.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to the Oakwood Baptist Church Building Fund; Christus St. Michael Hospital ICU ED in Texarkana or charity of one?s choice.
