Mrs. Eleanor James Carroll, 51, of Grahn, died Monday in the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Medical Center at Lexington following an extended illness.
Mrs. Carroll was born Oct. 17, 1933, a daughter of the late George and Ida Gilliam James. She attended Gregoryville Christian Holiness Church.
Surviving are her husband, Sidney Carroll; two daughters, Patricia Carroll; and Brenda Carroll of Grahn; three brothers, Earsel James, John James and George James, Jr. of Mansfield, Ohio; and three sisters, Gladys Rogers of Dayton, Ohio, Pauline Carroll of Olive Hill and Hazel McGlone of Carter.
Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Thursday at Globe Funeral Home in Olive Hill by Mason Branham and Lewis Davis. Burial will be in the Littleton Cemetery at Fultz.
