CLIFFORD E. SPEVACEK
Clifford E. Spevacek, age 85, of 1331 S. 18th St., Manitowoc, died
Thursday morning, February 10, 2000, at Shady Lane Nursing Care
Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 12, 2000,
at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service
will be Rev. Camillus Janas, O.F.M. Burial will follow at Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born May 19, 1914, in Green Bay, son of the late Edward and
Amanda Kitzerow Spevacek. He graduated from Lincoln High School with
the class of 1932. On June 14, 1941, he married Ethel Brandt at St.
Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple celebrated their 58th
anniversary in 1999. He was employed with the Railway Express Agency
for 11 years and was then employed with Hamilton Industries of Two
Rivers for 29 years until his retirement in 1979. Clifford was very
active with the tennis programs at the Manitowoc-Two Rivers Y.M.C.A.
and was a member of the Wisconsin Scale Boaters Association.

He was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home on Saturday morning from
9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
