Margaret Silbersack, 63, of 2520 37th St., Two Rivers, died early Tuesday morning in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9:45 am Thursday in Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc and 10:30 am in Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Paul Schumacher will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mrs. Silbersack, nee Margaret Griesbach, was born Oct. 9, 1915 in Roszellville, Wis., daughter of the late Helen Stiefvater Griesbach and John Griesbach. She was graduated from Lincoln High School and was married to Elmer Silbersack Oct. 19, 1943, in Manitowoc. She worked in the Two Rivers area as an Avon representative since 1966. Mr. Silbersack preceded her in death Jan. 20, 1966. She was a member of Daughters of Isabella, Holy Redeemer Parish and the Ladies Group of the church.
Survivors include a son, Thomas of Green Bay; two daughters, Mrs. Milt (Diane) Wilke of Brillion and Mrs. Jack (Peggy) Oehlke of Freeport, Ill.; her father, John Griesbach and a brother, John Griesbach Jr. of Manitowoc; five sisters, Mrs. Delores Engelbrecht and Mrs. Erv (Helen) Johnson of Manitowoc, Mrs. Ira (Monica) Klabunde of Two Rivers, Mrs. Willard (Alice) Matthias of Cleveland and Mrs. Don (Betty) Laughrin of Princeton, Wis., and nine grandchildren. A son, John and a sister, Mary Komoroski, preceded her in
death.
Friends may call in Parkside Funeral Home, 4 pm to 9 pm Wednesday, where a parish prayer service will be at 6:45 pm and a vigil service at 7:30 pm by Daughters of Isabella.
