WELL KNOWN TOWN OF MANITOWOC GIRL SUFFERS STOKE APOPLEXY AND
DEATH COMES 12 HOURS LATER
Stricken by apoplexy as she assisted in the housework of the home at noon
yesterday, Miss Anna Schultz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz, town
of Manitowoc, survived the stroke only a few hours and died at 11 o'clock
last evening. The sudden death of Miss Schultz was a terrible shock to the
family and many friends in this city.
Miss Schultz was 21 years of age February 2, and had always made her home
here. She was assisting in preparation of the noon day meal yesterday when
she suffered the fatal attack and twelve hours later was dead. Besides her
parents, two brothers, Alfred and Arthur, survive.
Funeral services will be held from the late home at 1 o'clock Sunday and
from the German Lutheran church, this city, at 2 o'clock.
