MARTIN SCHUETTE

Martin (Mort) Schuette, 79, of 921 S. 13th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday
morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following an illness of four
months. He had been hospitalized since Monday.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Jens Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, the Rev. Paul Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Schuette was born April 17, 1884 at Manitowoc, son of the late William
and Dora Frazier Schuette. He married Lilly Doerschner Dec. 26, 1908, at
Newton. The couple made its home at Manitowoc.
He was employed at Mirro Aluminum Co. as a carpenter, retiring in 1954.
He was a member of Manitowoc Eagles Aerie No. 706.
Survivors include his wife, a son, Archie, of Milwaukee, two sisters, Mrs.
Theodore Losch and Mrs. Hazel Coates, of Chicago, a grandchild and a great
grandchild. Three sisters and four brothers preceded him in death.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
