Mrs. Loretta Schroeder, 76, formerly of 1507 Columbus St., Manitowoc,
died late Thursday morning in Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Parkside Funeral Home
and 10 a.m. in St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev.
Theodore Hendricks will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Schroeder, nee Loretta Dusold, was born Oct. 17, 1901, in
Manitowoc, daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Jorsch Dusold. She
was graduated from Manitowoc High School in 1919, and was married to
Leo Schroeder Oct. 26, 1925, in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death
Dec. 22, 1976. Mrs. Schroeder was a member of St. Boniface Parish
and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, (private), 14 grandchildren and six
great grandchildren. A daughter, Margaret Kurth, and a sister
preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Parkside Funeral Home 4 o’clock to 9 o’clock this
Friday afternoon, where a prayer service will be at 7:30 o’clock.
