MAGDALENA SCHOENEBECK
Mrs. Magdalena Schoenebeck, 78, died Wednesday morning at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. John A. Herman, of 19623 South 12th st. Manitowoc, following
a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Richard Schmitz will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born Magdalena Klein in Germany in 1876 and in 1894 was married to
Otto Schoenebeck. They came to the United States in 1906 locating in Oconto.
In 1919 they moved to Manitowoc. Her husband died in 1927.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Hermann and Mrs. Hildegarde Randall of
Manitowoc; son, Erwin of Marinette; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grand-
children.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Thursday.
