FRED SCHNELL DIES SATURDAY
Was Lifelong Resident of County On Farm In Liberty
Fred J. Schnell, 69, lifelong resident of the county, died Saturday. Funeral
services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei
funeral home. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
The deceased, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joachim Schnell, pioneers of the county,
was born on a farm in the town of Liberty. He continued to make his residence
at the homestead farm and never married.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. August Liermann, Liberty, and a number of nephews
and nieces.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home.
