John H. Reinert, 64, 1213 Washington St., Manitowoc, proprietor of
Reinert Bar, died Monday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he was admitted as a patient Sunday night.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Msgr. Alfred Schneider will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Reinert was born Feb. 20, 1903, in the Town of Manitowoc Rapids, son of the late Michael and Mary Simmer Reinert. For many years he operated the Northwestern House at S. 14th and Franklin streets, Manitowoc. Since 1951, he operated the bar at the present Washington Street address.

Mr. Reinert married Agnes Hynek Sept. 12, 1936, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He was a member of the Manitowoc City Tavern League, the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Seagull Club.

Surviving are his wife, three brothers, Michael of Sturgeon Bay and William and Raymond of Manitowoc, a sister, Miss Florence Reinert of Manitowoc and nieces and nephews.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. by members of St. Boniface Parish and Daughters of Isabella.
