LUCILLE J. PETERSON
Mrs. Lucille J. Peterson, age 84, a resident of Burlingame, Calif., died Saturday
morning, November 12, 1994, at the El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, Calif.
Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 1994, at the
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Rev. Robert Simensen will officiate.
The former Lucille Rathsack was born December 22, 1909, in Manitowoc, daughter
of the late Walter and Laura Hanson Rathsack. She grew up and was educated at
Manitowoc and was a 1927 graduate of Lincoln High School. On May 7, 1929, she
was married to Raymond C. Peterson at Woodstock, Ill. He preceded her in death
in 1969. She is a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and the
Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas H. (Barbara) Peterson,
Santa Clara, Calif.; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother and
sister-in-law, Sterling L. (Joan) Rathsack, Butternut, Wis.; one sister and
brother-in-law, Elizabeth (Bette) and John Bebow, Manitowoc; two brothers-in-law
and one sister-in-law, Leslie and Sylvia Peterson, Two Rivers, Gerald Peterson,
Two Rivers. She is also survived by many fine nieces and nephews, cousins and
other friends. She was also preceded in death in by one son, John R. Peterson,
three brothers, Walter C. Robert and Joseph Rathsack.
Memorials would be appreciated for the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 301
Burglingame Ave., Burlingame, Calif., 94010, or the American Heart Association.
