Mrs. Elizabeth Mary Bornemann, 86, a Manitowoc resident, died Friday, January 7, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Bruce W. Hanstedt will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc
Mrs. Bornemann, nee Elizabeth Mary Murray, was born July 6, 1896, at Menominee, Mich., daughter of the late James and Anna Kohlbeck Murray. She was married to Herman Bornemann, Sept. 25, 1915, at Peshtigo, Wis. He preceded her in death Nov. 20, 1971.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Clarence and Arleen Bornemann of Marinette, Wis.; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Marcella Bornemann of Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Whitmann of King, Wis.; 12 grandchildren; a step-grandson; 20 great grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence; a daughter, Elaine Anderson; a stepson, Wilmer; three sisters and two brothers.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and also on Monday morning until the time of services.
