Carolyn Flake, 41, of Snowflake, Arizona, passed away January 14, 2003.
Visitation 5-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17th at the Pioneer Chapel, LDS Church in Snowflake, Az. One hour prior to services at the Snowflake Main Street Chapel on Saturday.
Funeral services at 10:00 a.m. Sat. Jan. 18th at the Snowflake Main Street Chapel, L.D.S. Church.

Carolyn Flake
Carolyn was born in Mountain Home, Idaho and attended most of her school years in Bountiful, Utah. She attended B.Y.U. Hawaii where she met Scott Flake and they were married a short time later in the Jordan River Temple. They moved to Mesa, where they started their family and continued their education and returned to Snowflake ten years ago. She enjoyed life despite the physical challenges related to her illness. Carolyn was an example of faith to all who knew her. She retained an eternal perspective with her family in mind.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Flake; one daughter, Callie and one son Lance; her mother, Marlene Canfield of Centerville, Utah; two sisters, Caren Nelson of Bountiful, Utah and Cindy Balling of Orem, Utah; and her grandmother, Elva Canfield. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Canfield, two sisters, Cathy and Chris; and one brother, Don.
A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17 at the Pioneer Park Chapel in Snowflake and one hour prior to services at the Snowflake Main Street Chapel Saturday. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Snowflake Cemetery.
