Otis Tilman Kasey, 87, of Madisonville, formerly of Owensboro, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 1997, at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. He was born in Daviess County, retired as a welder from Southern Tank after 25 years of service and worked at Evansville Shipyard during World War II. He was a member of Seven Hills Baptist Church, where he was a former deacon and taught Sunday school and training union, and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn, Charlene, and Paula .
