Arlie M. Haggard, 86, Pittsboro, died December 9, 2006. She had been a sales clerk for Mildred's Card Shop for 15 years, retiring in 1981. Prior to that, she worked in the cafeteria of the Pittsboro Schools. She was a member of the Pittsboro Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tues. Dec. 12, 2006 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there from 4-8 p.m. Mon. Dec. 11. Burial will be in Lizton K of P Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by husband George Edward Haggard. Survivors include daughter Brenda McKinney; son Ronald Haggard; sisters Louise Allen and Avery Ruberts; 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 step great
grandchild.
