FORBERG - Mary L. Forberg, 66, 2108 18th Ave., died 3:40 a.m. Monday June 29, 1981, in Rockford Memorial Hospital, after a long illness. Born August 27, 1914 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Lived 43 years in Rockford, coming here from Canada. Married to Stanley V. Forberg in Wonder Lake, Nov. 6, 1954. Employed by Rockford Screw Products from 1949 until 1962. Member of Haven Assembly Church. Survivors include her husband, Stanley; two stepsons, Keith Forberg, Rockford and Jerry Forberg, Roscoe; six grandchildren; four sisters, Elma Chant, Vancouver, British Columbia, Margaret Henderson, Rockford, Grace Turner, Stratford, Ontario and Ruby Turner, Ferguson, Ontario; and several nieces and nephews. Services at 2:30 Wednesday July 1, in Fred C. Olson Mortuary, 1001 2nd Ave., with the Rev. Keith Agee pastor of Haven Assembly officiating. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. No visitation. Memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
