Thomas L. Dillin was born and educated in Iowa, USA and came to Canada in 1901 to settle at Churchbridge, SK. He resided at Churchbridge for a short time before moving to MacNutt, SK for a number of years. In 1920, he moved to Roblin where he continued farming as well as operating the farm at MacNutt until the time of his death.
Mr. Dillin was united in marriage to Murza Moffatt at Elmvale, ON on February 13, 1913.
He had been president of the Roblin Agricultural Society for many years and also served on the Roblin School Board and the Governing Board of the Roblin District Hospital for several years. He was also a member of the United Church.
