James W. Bradshaw, 80, of the Montpelier Community in Adair County, and a resident of the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown, KY, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2004, at 3:46 a.m. at the Russell County Hospital, after a long illness.
The funeral service will be Tuesday, December 21, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson officiating.
He was the son of the late Benjamin Harrison "B.H." and Mallie Blakey Bradshaw of Adair County, KY.
He is survived by the following: One brother: B.H. Bradshaw, Jr., Montpelier, KY
Three sisters: Anna Rose Collins, Pinckney, MI; Lizzie Nell Coffey, Lansing, MI; and McEva Mayse of Columbia, KY
Mr. Bradshaw was preceded in death by three brothers, W. Irving Bradshaw, Buford Holly Bradshaw, and William Elford Bradshaw, and by three sisters, Lillie B. Frazier, Louise Hubbard, and Sadie Bradshaw.
Interment will be in the Haven Hill Cemetery.
The family requests visitation after 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.
