Illness aggravated last July, when she received a fractured limb in falling at her home, ended fatally last Sunday morning for Mrs. M. P. Wiechman, 66, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otto Schley, where she had been confined for the last few months.

She was a native of Sheboygan county, where she was born in town Herman on Dec. 23, 1870, moving later with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Alves to a farm home town miles out of Chilton in Calumet County. Here she was married on Oct. 18, 1893. During the interval until a home was established at Forest Jct. in 1895, Mr. and Mrs. Wiechman first lived on a farm at Stockbridge and then for one year in the city of Chilton.

The survivors are the widower, one son, A. F. Wiechman, Appleton; two daughters, Mrs. Otto Schley, Forest Jct., and Mrs. Gilbert Boeselager, Hilbert; and five grandchildren.

The funeral was held from the home, Wednesday afternoon with services at the Evangelical church followed by burial in Forest Home cemetery. The Rev. Ph. Schneider had charge of the services and was assisted by the Rev. G. H. Blum of Appleton.
