Anna L. Miller
Anna L. Miller, age 98, a lifelong area resident, died Saturday morning at Marshall Manor after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were today, Monday, at 1 PM at graveside at Lyon Lake Cemetery with Rev. Ron Thompson of the United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements were by Craig K. Kempf Funeral Home.
Mrs. Miller was born April 27 1885 in Fredonia township to Michael and Katherine (Goodrich) Gauss. She has lived here all her life. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Carrall (Gladys) Allen of Albion; a son, Bernard Owens of Southgate; 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; 3 step-daughters, and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Lloyd Owens and Milford Owens and 2 grandchildren.
