Thomas, W. Va. - Mrs. Florence Shoemaker, 65, wife of A. T. Shoemaker, died Sunday at her home here, after an illness of two years.

She was born June 23, 1886 in Mount Pleasant, Pa, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Yoder) Colburn.

Besides her husband, survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Marian Close, Ridgely; Mrs. Susan Winters, Oakland, Md.; Mrs. Hartzell Burley, Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Catherine Hamrick, Thomas; and Mrs. Eleanor Kuski Jr., Anchorage, Alaska; six sons, Robert Shoemaker, Davis; Jack and Allen Shoemaker, Ridgely; Staff Sgt. Harold Shoemaker, Langley Air Force Base, Va.; Louie Shoemaker, Morgantown; and PFC. Richard Shoemaker, Cheyenne, Wyo.

Mrs. Shoemaker also leaves two step-children, Hazell and Eugene Shoemaker, Eglon; a sister, Mrs. A. C. Minear, Washington; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted tomorrow at 3 p. m. from the residence by Rev. A. B. Mann, pastor of Thomas Presbyterian Church and Rev. R. W. Morrow Jr.

Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
