CARLISLE Bertha E. Brownewell, 87, of 1402 Longs Gap Road, North Middleton Twp., died Monday at home.
She was a member of Waggoners United Methodist Church, North Middleton Twp.
She was the widow of William H. Brownewell. Surviving are four sons, William J. and Floyd E., both of Newville, Marlin E. of Carlisle and Wayne E. of Gaithersburg, Md.; a brother, Harry Wickard of Carlisle; a sister, Esther Hays of Carlisle; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Friday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home. Burial will be in Waggoners United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
