4/20/1928 General's Sister Is Dead In Colorado (Friday)
El Reno, April 19 – News has been received of the death of Mrs. Frank N. Tinsman of Denver, Colo., sister of Gen. Enock H. Crowder, who conceived and brought about the passage of the _____ draft or services law during the World war, and who has retired and is now living in Chicago.
Mrs. Tinsman formerly resided in El Reno, leaving here ten years ago. While here, Tinsman was superintendent of the Panhandle division of the Rock Island railroad.
Mrs. Tinsman is survived by her husband, her daughter, Mrs. Herbert Seibert of Colorado Springs, Colo., her sister, Miss Nell Crowder, and her brother, General Crowder.
