28 Oct 1865 KY(Russell): Deeds Book H:466; For the deed to me by Fanny Barger of her interest in land she owned in her father's estate ---?--- Winfrey decd, I hereby place in hands of Joseph Barger $500 to be kept & used by said Fanny Barger alone and it is to be her exclusive use and control free from and against the claim of any husband she may hereafter have and to be used in buying her other land and she is only permitted to use the interest on said money and at her death it is to go to her heirs.
