DANIELSVILLE - Mrs. Kathleen Wade Fitzpatrick, 90, died Thursday, November 23, 2000.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Ned and Nola Lord Wade.
She was a homemaker and a member of Ila Baptist Church. Mrs. Fitzpatrick was preceded in death by her husband, Doris Fitzpatrick, and a son, David "Pete" Fitzpatrick.
Funeral services were held Sunday, November 26, at Ila Baptist Church with the Revs. Mark Anderson and Ray Jenkins officiating. Burial was in Ila Cemetery. Mike Fitzpatrick, Leon Fitzpatrick, Reuben Fitzpatrick, Tim Fitzpatrick, David McGinnis and Marc Perry served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Lord Fitzpatrick, Bill Chandler and Darrell Coile.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick is survived by one daughter, Peggy Freeman, Danielsville; one brother, Grady Wade, Alto; and two grandchildren, Joy King and Michael Freeman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ila Cemetery Fund or to the Ila Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 203, Ila, GA 30647.
