Obituary - Duane Rivers (Jack) Schow returned to his Heavenly Father on July 31, 2012.

Born Aug. 7, 1936 to Eugene and Irene Schow in Lovell, WY. He graduated from Davis High, Weber State, Utah State and received his master's degree from BYU. He served a faithful mission in Olso, Norway.

He married the love of his life, Liv Johansen, in the Salt Lake Temple on Aug. 30th, 1960. As a couple they served a mission in Norway.

Dad, thanks for your shining example of goodness and love.

Preceded in death by his parents and siblings, his son Derek, his daughter-in-law Brenda. He is survived by his wife, Liv, and his children Jan-Erik, Einar, Lyle, Mark, David, Lynnette, and Geir, their spouses and 25 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 4th at 12:00 pm at the LDS stake center 11570 S. Wasatch Blvd. in Sandy. Viewing at 10 am prior to the services.

Interment: Alpine City Cemetery.
