Elenora Coin "Ellen" (Edmunds) Edmunds was born on February 27, 1856 in Lincoln County, Tennessee, the daughter of George Bowen Edmunds (1836–1912) and his 1st wife Nancy Jane (McCarver) Edmunds (1836–1885).
She was married to Fred W Edmunds ( -1881).
A member of Elm Street Methodist Church, she was one of the oldest living members of that church and was always very active in its affairs. She was 73 years old and a widow when she died on December 8, 1929 at the home of her brother W D Edmunds of 429 5th Avenue South, Nashville.
Survivors included her brothers W D Edmunds and A L Edmunds of Nashville and A B Edmunds of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Funeral Services were held on December 9th at the chapel of Roesch-Johnson-Charlton Funeral Home, and burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville.
